Old Amplefordian Sailing Club
The Old Amplefordian Sailing Club is in its third year of existence and will be participating in various regattas in 2011. In particular the OASC will be entering a J80 (or possibly two) in Cowes Week 2011 and will be participating in the Arrow Trophy 2011.
2011 OASC Events:
7 May 2011 - J80 racing Cowes followed by dinner at the Royal Yacht Squadron
6-13 August - OASC racing in Cowes Week in a chartered J80 called: "Red and Black"
20 September 2011 - AGM at the Royal Thames Yacht Club at 7.30pm
8-9 October 2011 - OASC compete in the Arrow Trophy (regatta for old boys and girls of public schools)
Annual Subscription for the club is £10 and we now have 20 members of
the club including some elder generation members who no longer sail.
