OAs Online

OAs Online is brand new and the online version of the Ampleforth Address Book, which will no longer be printed in hard copy. We hope that all Old Amplefordians will find this site a useful tool for reconnecting and keeping in touch with old friends and contemporaries.

You will need your login details which you should have received in a letter from the Development Office. If you have not received a letter or have lost your login details please contact Tom Miller, Website & Database Admin.

Email: tdm@ampleforth.org.uk  Tel: 01439 766757.

If you encounter any problems logging in either at the first attempt or subsequent ones, please get in touch using the above email address - we can easily reset your details.

How does it work?

In 'My Profile' you can update your details, offer and find mentoring services and tell us about yourself and your career. You can also upload a current photo of yourself. In 'My Account Settings' you can change your email address and password and under 'Privacy Options' you can specify which pieces of information about yourself you want other OAs to be able to see. Use the 'Browse OAs' tab and the search facility to find and view information held about other OAs.

The Development Office adheres to the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 and you can find the Data Protection and Site Usage Policy under 'Terms of Service'.

OAs Online is still a work in progress and we welcome your feedback and ideas. We would love to hear what you think so please send us your thoughts and feedback.

While the Online Address book is taking root you may find that some OAs have not yet updated their profile and changed their privacy settings. Please urge any OAs you are in touch with to visit the site and update their profile.

For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
