Father David Morland RIP
Please pray for the repose of the soul of Fr David Morland OSB, who died this morning in the monastery infirmary, after a long illness.
Fr David joined the monastic Community at Ampleforth in 1961. His many roles in the Community included thirteen years as Senior Classics Master at Ampleforth College (1984-1997) and more than ten years in the parish of St Austin, Grassendale, Liverpool (1998-2011).

18.00 Reception of Fr David’s body to church &
Vespers.
- 20.15 Dirge.
Tuesday 25th
October
- 11.30 Requiem Mass in the Abbey Church. Followed by burial at Ampleforth.
- 13.00 Lunch in the main hall for funeral guests.
