Dominic De Suys (T05) Marathon Run
for the Institute of Cancer Research
UPDATE 23rd April -
Dominic completed the race in 4 hours 16 minutes and has currently raised in excess of £2,000 for the Institute of Cancer Research. He intends to continue our fundraising efforts in order to

Dominic De Suys (T05) is running the London Marathon 2012 to raise money for the Institute of Cancer Research.
After
leaving Ampleforth in 2005, Dominic took a degree in Theology at the
University of Nottingham and recently studied for a masters in Tourism
and Hospitality Management at the University of Plymouth. He is now
employed at the newly opened Southernhay House in Exeter, having
previously worked at the owners' sister hotel on Burgh Island off the
south Devon coast.
Dominic's father, Gerald de Suys, who was
treated by The Royal Marsden Hospital (which is in partnership with the
ICR) sadly died of Malignant Melanoma, which is one of the most
difficult cancers to treat.
