1991 Reunion Dinner... "a tremendous success!"
The
1991 reunion which was a tremendous success! It was
a shame that less than a half of our year were present, but nevertheless all
those who did come were on very good form for the Dinner at Queens Club.
Thanks
to Fr.Dominic who gave a very good sermon at Mass reminding us all how
important it is to make time for God in our busy lives of children and
careers. He also gave an excellent speech on how the Ampleforth of today
is very like the Ampleforth when he was Headmaster and we were all under his
care -to which he was given a standing ovation. It made us all feel proud to be
Amplefordians and made for a wonderful advert for an Ampleforth education.
