ACTS Hong Kong Reception for Ampleforth Society Members and Friends

Dear Ampleforth Society Members,

Happy Chinese New Year to you all. We are happy that some of you have had an opportunity to attend some ACTS Hong Kong events over the past couple of years. The positive feedback we have received has informed our planning, and we are developing new opportunities to learn about Benedictine spirituality and explore topical or controversial issues through the eyes of our faith.

I am writing to you to let you know that Fr Chad Boulton OSB, Senior Chaplain of Ampleforth College, is visiting Hong Kong from 24 to 30 March 2017 and we have some interesting events planned for his visit. Take a look at our website for details, and to sign up.

As a thank you for your support, and to give Fr Chad a warm welcome to Hong Kong, we are delighted to invite you to a reception for Ampleforth Society members and your friends.

We know that many of you share our appreciation for Benedictine spirituality and our collective mission. So please share our website with your friends and family, and let us know if you would like to contribute to our work, either by offering a donation or by joining us to work on a project.

We have an exciting new ACTS of Faith series, which offers opportunitities to hear from members of our Christian community about how their faith informs their work, whether in the voluntary sector or in their professional careers. Contributors this year include Markus Shaw, on his conservation work with WWF, Joe Rocco on business ethics, and Peter Maize on poverty. The ACTS of Faith series presents an open environment to explore contentious issues in the spirit of Benedictine hospitality and welcome to all, from 14 to 114 years old.

Please visit our website for further details and to sign up to our events. If you have any questions please contact me or Naomi Chui on 9347 9844.

With our prayers for you and your families,
